Benefits are limited and therefore subject to availability and approval. Beneficiaries must be at least 18 years of age.
Benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only Audience Services account holders can make a reservation, pick up tickets and attend an event using Audience Services tickets. Beneficiaries will be required to show ID at pick-up and cannot send someone in their place to pick-up tickets.
Tickets are FREE, however, for each ticket reserved, beneficiaries are required to pay a service/booking fee. Upon joining, each participant creates a debit account. The service fee is automatically deducted from this account with each ticket that is reserved. Any funds remaining in your account at the end of your benefit (minus any promotional credits) will be refunded upon request. The request must be made within 5 years of benefit expiration.
A member may not reserve more than one event at the same time (a.k.a. no double bookings).
The selling of tickets acquired through Audience Services is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the immediate cancellation of benefit (without refund) as well as appropriate legal action.
The information provided to beneficiaries on the Ticket Portal or Audience Services website is confidential and intended for the use of Audience Services members only. beneficiaries found disclosing such information in any public setting deemed inappropriate (i.e. chat rooms, social media, websites, theaters), by Audience Services management, may have their benefit immediately revoked (without refund).
Audience Services personnel and venue management reserves the right to refuse tickets for inappropriate dress and or conduct.
You agree to use the Audience Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit.
Audience Services reserves the right to increase all benefit fees and the right to change the Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
Any concerns about the Terms and Conditions must be discussed and resolved with an Audience Services representative before applying for membership or reserving tickets.
Collecting complimentary tickets
Audience Services account holders are required to collect the complimentary tickets at the box office or other designated locations during the time period stated in the reservation confirmation. Please remember, venues need Audience Services account holders to follow the designated pick up instructions so as not to interfere with the arrival of paying patrons. Venue management reserves the right to withhold Audience Services tickets collected outside of the designated time period.
All benefit recipients are required to have government issued photo identification in hand when collecting tickets. Audience Services and venue personnel reserve the right to withhold tickets if appropriate identification is not provided. Members arriving too early or late are forbidden from approaching participating box offices to request tickets. This action may result in immediate cancellation of benefits (without refund).
In the unlikely event that a box office is unable to honor an Audience Services reservation, beneficiaries are asked to cooperate fully with the venue personnel and immediately inform Audience Services of the circumstances. Audience Services will refund all service fees when deemed appropriate. Do not re-approach the box office unless you are willing to pay full price for a ticket.
Cancellations
In the case of an extenuating circumstance or emergency the beneficiary is required to cancel their reservation, as soon as possible, using the website cancellation features. If you do not have access to the website, please contact Audience Services, directly (ONLY). Please send an email if you are unable to cancel via our website.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in a $10 per ticket penalty fee.
Any cancellations more than 24 hours from time of booking (as long as the event is still more than 24 hours in the future), will not receive their service fee returned. "Final Sale" events are non-refundable.
Audience Services members are forbidden from finding any replacement seat-fillers for their cancelled tickets, as this is considered transferring benefits.
Any member arriving late for a specified Audience Services ticket distribution will be charged a $10 flat fee penalty.
Failure to collect reserved tickets
Any beneficiary who fails to cancel or attend a venue pick-up is considered a "No Show" and will be charged $20 per ticket.
Standards of decorum
- All individuals, including beneficiaries and their guests must follow the appropriate "Standards of Decorum" established by this organization in conjunction with participating venues. Following these standards helps ensure participating venues will use Audience Services for future performances.
- Please do not question or complain to anyone about a seat assignment.
- Please remember to be polite and respectful to the theatre hosts. The better our members treat staff, the better chance for Audience Services to receive tickets for performances in the future.
- As beneficiaries are being used for seat-filling purposes, please remain for the entire performance and, of course, respect other audience members.
- Please refrain from discussing Audience Services or its services in participating venues (do not solicit new members on behalf of Audience Services or mention that your seats were complimentary to anyone, including your guests while in the venue).
- Any negative discussion of performances in the theater is strictly forbidden.
Standards of dress
The goal of Audience Services is not only to fill empty seats, but to also "dress the house" for all events. All beneficiaries and their guests must follow the appropriate "Standards of Dress" when attending a function through Audience Services. These standards were established by this organization in conjunction with participating venues.
- A listing that reads Formal requires either dinner jacket/tie/dress pants or suits or dress pants, blouse/suit or cocktail dresses.
- In the rare event that a listing reads Black Tie, either tuxedos, evening gowns or formal cocktail dresses are required.
Restrictions on use
Actors' Equity members are eligible for a complimentary Audience Services Single Account. However, beneficiaries have the option to upgrade their account to an “Expanded Account”. This upgrade is available on an annual subscription basis with a cost of $99 USD.
This benefit remains valid for the duration of the individual’s membership with Actors' Equity.
Audience Services will automatically renew your benefit and process the annual subscription fee (if applicable) to your credit card on file or around the expiration date of your account. You have the option to enable or disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time before the renewal date.
A single account (Actors' Equity Benefit) may reserve up to two tickets from the available inventory, unless otherwise indicated. An expanded benefit may reserve up to four tickets from the available inventory, unless otherwise indicated.
Restrictions on use
You may not use the Services for any illegal purposes or in any manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the Audience Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or for the benefit of any other person or entity. You agree not to use, transfer, or distribute any information contained in the Services in any manner that would compete with the business of Audience Services. You acknowledge that the Services have been developed, compiled, prepared, selected and arranged by Audience Services and others through the application of methods and standards of judgment developed and applied through the expenditure of substantial time, effort and money and constitutes valuable proprietary rights of Audience Services. You agree to protect the proprietary rights of Audience Services and all others having rights in the Services during and after the term of this agreement and to comply with all reasonable written requests made by Audience Services or its suppliers of content, products, services or otherwise to protect their contractual, statutory and common law rights in the Services. You agree to promptly notify Audience Services in writing upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or use of the Services by any party or any claim that the Services infringes upon any copyright, trademark or other contractual, statutory or common law rights.

YOU MAY NOT COPY, REPRODUCE, RECOMPILE, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, REVERSE ENGINEER, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLISH, DISPLAY, PERFORM, MODIFY, UPLOAD TO, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM, TRANSMIT OR IN ANY WAY EXPLOIT ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY MAKE ONE PRINT COPY FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL, NONCOMMERCIAL USE, PROVIDED THAT YOU RETAIN ALL COPYRIGHT AND OTHER PROPRIETARY NOTICES. THE ANALYSIS AND PRESENTATION INCLUDED IN THE SERVICES MAY NOT BE RECIRCULATED, REDISTRIBUTED OR PUBLISHED BY YOU WITHOUT AUDIENCE SERVICE'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE'S CONTENT WOULD BE A VIOLATION OF AUDIENCE SERVICES' COPYRIGHT AND OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
